Appalling Service ***

Logged a Service Call on Thursday morning 27 July 2023, technician called me on Friday 28 July 2023 from number ***...he sounded as if he was doing me a favour very abrupt and unprofessional asked me if he could come to my home on that day and I told him yes he can but we having loadshedding from 12pm until 14:30 then he asked if he could come out on Saturday 29 July 2023 told him yes he can no problem but we also having loadshedding from 10am until 12:30pm. He then sounded confused amd had me hanging on the line so I asked him to confirm if he is going to come out on Friday or Saturday but he told me he will call me back later that Friday afternoon to confirm and then ended the call. Friday went past and received no follow up call from technician, Saturday afternoon 29 July 2023 sent a follow up email to *** as well as *** expressing my dissatisfaction with service thus far and to date received no feedback or reply whatsoever!

Sent yet another follow up email today 31 July 2023 to *** using the contact form online, got another ticket number *** but still no feedback from you whatsoever!!!

Why do I have to chase behind you for feedback???!!! Your after sales service is pathetic to say the least...I am sitting with a broken refridgerator for days now with no place to store my food. It hasn't even been 3 years running and your product is already giving me issues... Had I known that your after sales service would be this appalling I would never have purchased your brand. I need my complaint resolved as a matter of urgency!!!
