Appalling service from Hisense

I have a Hisense dishwasher that is still under warrantee and it has an issue. For more than 3 weeks now I have been emailing them, asking for assistance and all I get from them is a reply saying that a technician will contact me. Needless to say, no technician has contacted me even though they have promised me a few times that I would be contacted the same day. I have gone so far as to CC Hisense in China and even they are useless! Now I’ve logged a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman and hopefully they will be able to assist... I would strongly discourage anyone from buying Hisense products! They are affordable, but that’s useless if there is absolutely no back up.
