Appalling service!!!!

I bought a fridge a few years ago from Hisense through game stores and I have had the worst customer experience yet. The fridge is no longer working, @Game stores then exchanged the fridge and gave me a fridge that doesn’t have shelves and that has a messed up plug. I was told that they don’t have stock and I was constantly placed on hold for a few hours every interval. This has been by far the worst experience of my life! Don’t buy anything HISENSE! It is the worst product on the market!
