Anything to get out of their WARRANTY! Terrible workmanship!

Bought a brand new fridge from Hisense. Just over a year, later the inside piece of the door that holds the inside door shelf up has completely torn off. It doesn't hold the shelf up and it is clear that it is bad quality workmanship. The fridge is not 10 years old. They offer a warranty on their items, but of course, have tried everything to avoid covering this under warrant. They claim that we purposely broke the piece on the door ourselves. Really Hisense!!!??? Why would we purposely break our own fridge? Your workmanship is absolutely shocking. Never in my life have I seen this piece of a fridge door break off before in such a short time. Your after service is also absolutely shocking as you don't offer any service and you try anything you can to get out of repairing items under warranty. This piece of the fridge should be made with good quality workmanship and should be strong enough to hold up items like a juice bottle and water jug, but clearly, it can't do that. Will never purchase anything from Hisense again! Useless.
