AFTERSALES SERVICE IS SHOCKING!

Absolute shocking service to try get a quote on parts from you guys! I try call, call drops - I email and get a response with a ticket number. Been weeks and not a single person has tried to email me a quote or make contact. My house is full of Hisense appliances, however I notice as the warranty ends.. So do the products. Its time to change brands. Service delivery does not exist!
