After sales Service shocking

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT MADE BY HISENSE....... customer services are awful, I have a fridge freezer that is under warranty still broke down three weeks ago....... I have had three 10 hour engineer appointments booked in and they have not turned up yet to even view this broken fridge!!! I have contacted them on every day the appointments have been made and each time get told it’s canceled yet no one contacts me, it’s a different excuse every time....... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. I’ve wasted so far in two weeks 30 hours waiting around for engineers to not show, I have no idea how long this saga is going to go on but I am persevering and will update the full length of wasted time when an engineer finally turns up ?
