After sales horror service
To this day your technician has not arrived to fix my fridge. 3 weekends have passed without them showing as promised. Re: [ Ticket: *** ] Fw: EXT: Hisense SA - Repairs Form Submission - 15/02/2025 | ***. Mastar Care Audio is useless, I dont know why you are using them. You have 72hours to come sort this fridge out failing which I will go dump it at MAKRO.

18 Mar 2025, 10:52Hi, they have never arrived to fix the fridge. It's been five weeks of waiting, and still no one has been to my house to fix it. The only option left for me is to drop the fridge off at Makro and buy myself a new fridge.
