After sales and repairs

<p>I bought a 40'3D Hissense tv from DIONS WIERD 3 years ago. The tv started to display stripes all over the screen, sometimes it is one but mostly a few. I hate to watch tv with that disturbance. </p> <p>When I bought the tv (HISSENCE CONSULTANT CONVINCED ME TO BUY THE TV WHILE THEY WHERE ON PROMOTION IN DIONS) the consultant said I will receive a 5 year waranty etc and they will come to my home to fix the tv if anny problem.</p> <p>The problem is that I can not find the slip, proof of payment (I know my fault) but the problem is DIONS just said they can not provide me with a copy of the slip and HISENSE just sai that without it thay will do nothing. If I then whant to fix the tv then I have to pay the full amount of repairs.</p> <p>I just feel that not DIONS or HISENSE are wiling to assit me with some sort of plan to get the tv sorted.</p>
