After sales

We bought parts from hisense on behalf of a customer to fix a tv. The wrong part arrived at the wrong address. I would like to exchange the part for the correct part but after sales is a nightmare. You hold forever on the phone and no one seems to know how to do their jobs. Now i am sitting with a client thinking i stole her money and hisense just doesnt care.
