Absolutley angered and fustrated with this issue.

absolutely disgusted with there service, i had purchased a double door fridge from Bradlows, every fridge that was delivered to us had scratches and dents, each time we had to send the fridge back.The rep for the bluff Durban region Sophie never once gave us a call , we were in contact with the warehouse who was delivering the fridge.We also spoke to a person by the name of natasha it was the 5th fridge being delivered and still the same issue,that was las t end december , natasha had asked us to go into the store and choose another fridge, also the next exchange would only be in Jan, so in Jan a guy called us and asked if the fridge had been sorted i said no , we were asked to choose another fridge and we dont want another we want the same one, when we had gone to bradlows to ask when the fridge is going to be sorted, also they told us they had a fridge in store for us to check before it was delivered, as per natasha they were not going to do another exchange, however this was never conveyed to us, now we are told that the fridge will only be exchange if there is a technical fault, and that we would be compensated with a micorwave, Firstly we are paying money for this product R 14000.00 so yes we expect top quality , is the the quality sold by hisense and you claimn to be a well known brand, compensating me with a microwave, are you guys serious, i need the fridge to be swapped, as soon as possible.Also your reps and regional team have lack of communication , if you customer is more important you would do everything to see they are happy but i dont thing the customer is important to you. i need answers and also when is this going to be sorted. we still have the old fridge with us and the consultant at bradlows said she never knew we had the old fridge but the warehouse knew, we paid for something how can we not have a fridge ? i need this resolved. Also do you thing we have time every weekend to sit around and wait for another fridge , this is not fun for us either we have things to do , this is not what we expected when we ordered this fridge. my number : ********** 186
