Absolutely shocking customer service

I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star - Got a brand new washing machine that was unboxed last week Saturday - 6 days later there has been absolutely no progress, despite multiple calls and emails from my end. If you want to avoid these issues, stay away from Hisense.
