Absolute worst Hisense service

I bought a brand new Hisense fridge that stopped working within the first 5 days. It is now week 3 where they are just either not getting back to me, or telling me that I need to wait for someone to call me. They are now sending out a technician for the FOURTH time after I demanded they replace the product after the THIRD failed attempt. It is just absolutely unacceptable that they are this stingy to just offer customer service and replace a product that CLEARLY is not up to standard.
