a new low for hisense

I've spent more than I earned last month on your brand. I expected more from it than this.. I had high hopes, because your "frost free" fridge-freezer does a good job keep fruit & veg fresh, but the freezer drawer is frustratingly difficult to open and close. It seems like your FROST FREE freezer, creates frost on the drawer rails, which keeps causing the drawer to get stuck. Either that or it's just plain bad design. It's the 610L model by the way.. and it's less than 3 weeks old. This is unacceptable and unless it is satisfactorily resolved, I will take every opportunity to warn my people against supporting your brand the way I had already, blindingly done.
