<p>Today 15/09/2016 I reported my LED FHD tv which I bought in 2014 the screen just became dark and yet there was sound so I emailed ********** told them the problem. Soon after Rhoda Jackson asked for my number so they can call me and of which they did and I spoke to the technician there(sorry bro can't remember your name) and he said he could fix it. My wife took the TV there with proof of purchase but I could'nt believe it when she said they were going to fix it while she waited . As I speak my TV has been fixed with no hassle and it took only 45min.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rhonda Jackson and the technician you guys make HISENSE truly the no1 brand in SA and keep doing what you doing, thank you for a great service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
