A FOUR YEAR GUARANTEE THAT IS WORTH NOTHING

<p>I have bought a washing machine from Game. A hisense toploader.I bought it as it promised a 4 year guarantee. That was in April of 2016</p> <p>Lo and behold, after not even a year it stopped, I phoned Hisense with the 4 yar gaurantee on my mind as I registered the Item with them as required. 4 Numbers I phoned,later, they want the receipt from Game. Game's receipt has faded and coulkd no longer be read, I phoned Game to get a copy of the sale and receipt,just to be told they keep it for six months, so no help from them. By now I was desperate and phoned Nosense agh Hisense and told them so and ask for a technician to be send to repair it. They refused and gave me a numnber in Kimberley that come up as "this number does not exist. Phoned them back and they gave me another number and Nadeem answered and told me he only lives next door to the technician. I asked him to give me the number for the technician and a disemboediet voive keep on answering "hello" and then cut the call. I Phoned Nadeem again and asked him to tell the technician to phne me but no go, I found another technician in Christiana and they instantly responded and fetched the offending Nosense washing machine. He found the fault and phoned Hisense in Johannesburg, but they refused to give him any asstance, Now 5 dasy later I still have to hand wash my washing.. Hisense never acknowledged the fact that I registere the machine as required.. The only thing they did is sent a form to lodge a fault which I did on the phone already just to be asked for the receipt again. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. </p>
