65" 4k LED TV - No Service or Support

<p>I purchased a 65" TV, based on the guarantee of 5 years. The TV is just over 2 years now and it's giving serious problems. I logged a call online as requested by a support person. They say they have no record of the call. We resubmitted everything over email and still no response from them. This is really poor service.</p>
