6 weeks no fridge no support, no contact

The fridge is great, but the warranty support is non existant.

We bought this particular fridge for the warranty, we have been without a fridge for 6 weeks now.. no one has been to repair, no one has called us, we constantly have to call them but to no avail.

with 2 small children and our parents staying with us, 7 people with no fridge and no support.. do not reccommend
