3months old phone can't be fixed because its Discontinued

It's very terrible that Hisense service center can not fix the screen of my 3months old phone because its discountinued and they no longer have parts for it and they dont support it anymore, my frustration is that no one is willing to respond to any of my emails e.g. ********** ********** ********** HisenseSA on intagram I have tried all the above people and not even 1 responded. And i need someone to tell me what am I supposed to do with this 3moths phone now? If they don't support it anymore why is it still on the market? Why are we not told when buying these phones that you buy at your own risk if it breaks it can't be fixed. Why do we have to go through so much just to get a responce from Hisence? Their service is really getting terrable these days
