2 months and air fryer not working

Bought the Hisense 6.3L air fryer on the 17.05.2023. Just over 2 months and it is not working! Comes on when the basket is placed in, then switches off again, when you try to press it on again, nothing happens! I contacted Hifi corporation in PE where we bought it, and nothing!!!! We live far from PE that is why we bought online. I contacted the customer care number 100 times and no answer. I need this to be sorted asap. Article code ***8
