2 Agents can't assist to log a when calling into customer care.

Why is it so difficult & impossible to simply log a fault ticket with your agents. 2 Agents told me that, they don't know how to log a ticket when i called in. 😳

I have send 4 emails to *** since 16/06 with no response and even send an email to ***. I get an email that says email address could not be found and delivered.
