16KG R8k washing machine faulty.
16Kg washing machine faulty after just 15Months, i keep reffering people to buy hisense, my sister also bought one, now i sit with a machine used once every two weeks that just makes a noise doesnt wash anf smells of smoke. It worked perfectly fine untill it had to start the rinse cycle then it started making noise, tryiny to spin, then it spins, then it washes one way. Please urgently assist with repair of this as its under warranty for 4years.

31 Jul 2023, 17:48I can confirm it has been repaired today and is working 100% thank you Hisense for standing by your products. To everyone reading please note we have at least 10 Hisense products some very old, some very new i will still reccomend them as this is my first issue with one and it has been reported late friday night, and already fixed today. The board below buttons has been replaced as that was diagnosed as the faulty part and its 100% working. Thank you.
