Worst experience

The worst experience ever! I have been trying to get a compressor for my hisense fridge since last year October and they have *********** service with no accuracy of information. They sent me an incorrect part (motor instead) and they gave me wrong ETA dates for the correct part. Now they are stalling with my refund and simply making my life miserable.
