Very bad service

Purchased a hisense smart TV remote and hisense took more than a month to deliver yet they had said delivery was within 2-7 days.someone told me about hellopeter and I wrote my review here. I had tried to reach out to hisense's team via email and were not responding,my calls were put on hold till my airtime finishes.3 days after I wrote a review I contacted them again and they responded and asked me to go and collect. Now I got the remote and I'm sure the review I put here they saw it and decided to deliver my product
