Poor service delivery

Ordered a tv remote from hisense its been over a month and they haven't delivered. Their quote states that deliveries are within 2-7 days. Sent them countless emails they don't respond, called them this lady who answers keeps putting me on hold .am so frustrated and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their appliances, they have very bad customer service
