Complaint

I ordered and paid for spares plus delivery on the 2 may 2024 - i have phoned numerous times and sometimes 2 /3 times a day enquiring about my spares, only to get told we will come back to you within the hour. This company is useless and the customer service is no existent. The motto on their whatsapp no is we offer the best service. What service, there is no service . It is pathetic that the customer has to wait so long without no feedback from Hisense / AEK - the cell phone numbers provided for AEK just go to voicemail and no one bothers to phone back. Disgusting service and done even deserve 1 star .
