Hirsch's Somerset West false advertising

Never encountered such bad service before!!! Went in to the store 29 July looking for a top loader washing machine. The representative 'sells' a top of the range product to us, tells us the promotion is ending the weekend. We proceed with the order 30 July... 3 days later we get told there is no stock available, after having to follow up. Nothing was mentioned once about stock availability, online ads still reflect 'In Stock'. Get told to wait for an eta from supplier, another week for delivery from KZN or GP, depending on couriers. Or 7-14 days to be refunded... absolutely absurd!! Client service is beyond pathetic!!! Will never recommend them and definitely never go back!!
