Christopher Pillay @ Hirsch Ballito Store - Superb Customer Service 👌

I have been shopping at the Hirschs Ballito store for quite some time. I have always experienced medicore customer service. I went in a few weeks back to shop for a few new appliances, I wasn't expecting much, due to past experiences.

I was undecided about some of my choices, until Mr. Christopher Pillay walked in. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!

where has this consultant been this entire time? He is such a breath of fresh air, so so knowledgeable and friendly. He has really uplifted the dynamic of the ballito store. What a bright smile, a genuine asset to Hirsch.

I also had to opportunity to watch Christopher interact with the other staff, i am in awe. Professionalism at its finest.

Christopher is the reason I will continue to visit, and support Hirsch Ballito. He is the true definition of superb customer service! Well done to Christopher, he has earned Hirsch a life long client.
