Your Oder will NEVER arrive

Bought a vacuum cleaner on the 25 November and only after I followed up did they tell me it was on its way. Delivery in 7 to 14 business days (crazy I know). After 2 weeks nothing. Queried again and suddenly the vacuum cleaner has been discontinued and no longer available.
