Worst service - will never recommend this company to anyone

I purchased a fridge from Hirsch's Meadowdale on the 6th of October. I paid and asked for it to be delivered early morning on the 7th of October as I didnt have a fridge and all my frozen food was going bad. After many follow up calls on the 7th the fridge was finally delivered at around 15h30 Sunday afternoon. When we opened the box the fridge had 2 dents. I needed the fridge so decided that I would rather have a refund instead of them taking the fridge back. They requested certain info from me which I provided immediately however to date I have still not received my discount. This after numerous follow ups. I can someone please urgently advise when my refund will finally be processed as the service received has been terrible so I just want this nightmare to end now!
