Worst service ever!

We had the worst experience ever with Hirschs! We spent a small fortune at Hirschs. They charged us over the R5k for delivery for our appliances. When we queried this, they explained it's because they only use this specific courier company, which installs your appliances when delivered and if you ever have any further issues, they come out to assist and remedy the problem. We paid the money only to fight to have our stuff delivered! They promised it would he delivered by a certain date if we paid, and once we paid and our appliances weren't delivered, they pulled up their shoulders and said it's out of their hands. When our appliances were finally delivered, the two guys they sent struggled to even get the fridge off the truck! Absolutely nothing was installed. We bought appliances that need installation, and when I queried this with Hirschs, they said that it's because I live in an "outlying area." So what exactly did I pay that money for??? I've spent so much time on the phone with head office. Absolutely no one gives a damn. This issue still hasn't been resolved. I will never in my life recommend Hirschs to anyone. Your service and aftercare service are absolutely disgraceful!
