WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never dealt with a more *********** company in my life than this! Their service is completely non-existent and their favourite chant when they continually slip up is "I'm sorry" but still do nothing about it. Every time I have had any issue with an appliance, it becomes my issue to chase up and request assistance. Ballito store should be avoided at all costs. I will NEVER set foot in the store again.
