Worst service ever

Bought a devy fridge September 2020. 5 December some strange dents appeared inside on the side panel. I reported it to Hirsch's Silver Lakes the next day with photo's. Till today, lots of emails and phone calls and promises later, still nothing. I'm desperate for assistance. If this fridge dents proof to be the start of a huge problem with the unit i can loose so much worth of food. Not to mention the whole unpleasant ordeal. Was going to buy a oven next week but i guess I'll take my business elsewhere
