WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst After Sales Service. My fridge is out of warranty and keeps on switching off and on. Hirsch's charged me for the call out fee and upon investigation the charged additional amount and labor.

The problem remains the same fridge keeps on switching of and on. The technician comes back after numerous emails and says there is no problem with the fridge . All our food is rotten.

Worst Service ever. highly uns****ed, will contact Samsung.

Bought many appliances and devices from Hirsch's . Will never buy anything from them .
