Worst service

I have paid for items to be ordered at Hirsch's Fourways, after 10 weeks I still have nothing. I do not get any updates or notifications or any feedback from the service department whatsoever!! My calls and emails are ignored and not returned. I will never consider Hirsch again when looking for new appliances.
