Worst Retailer Ever with No Integrity at all!!

Sales person, Diana, sold a Whirlpool AMW 599/IX 6th Sense Steam Oven during mid June 2015 to me. Supporting sales person, Tiaan, confirmed the product as an excellent buy. Wife was excited to test the new brand product and I paid and took it home. We just had to wait for Hirsch's Service to send a technician to install it properly. Hirsch's Service (Nici/Niri) contacted me and a Whirlpool technician, Andrew Luyt, was send out. Then, trouble started. Andrew informed us that the product is not a steam oven + it is severally damaged inside as he noticed glass splinters, etc. He said Hirsch's is not allowed to sell floor products & Whirlpool SA will not repair
