Worst retail store I have been too

Purchased a vacuum on clearance of the hype park branch which the sales team confirmed and reassured me was working but they never had a charger. I then purchased a charger and after getting home and charging the vacuum it didn't work. They sent it twice to the supplier which eventually said this was intentionally damaged or dropped. Completely understand it was a end of range item however they still stick by their word that they do not sell out of warranty items. The manager at the branch was arrogant and didn't even want to hear my side of the story. Now they want me to physically visit the store inorder to do a refund. This is ridiculous service of Hirschs. Never supporting them again
