Worst possible kind of customer service in a company.

I wish it was possible to give no stars for this company. Worst possible service, feedback and desire to deal with clients other than take their money. We waited patiently for a month for delivery due to stock issues, only for the freezer to be delivered by a no name delivery service. The freezer was clearly damaged on arrival and we sent it back with the same delivery agents. We were promised a refund on the day. 3 weeks down the line and the story has changed. They are stalling on getting it paid out and want to argue multiple points with us. We now have to resort to legal means to recover our money. This is one company I will never do business with again, and I will go out of my way to dissuade anyone from purchasing from them. If you value your money, do not give it to these people.
