Worst Extended Warranty Services Ever !! Stay away

My TV broke, and initially I could not find the warranty paperwork I took out with them. I called the Somerset West branch, gave them my details and they came back to me that there was no extended warranty on my name. Went back and searched some more and I found the warranty papers. I had to call the Milnerton branch as they deal with extended warranty. Called them on a Sunday, they logged the fault and LG were at my house Monday afternoon to inspect the TV. Follow up calls to the branch, I was told they waiting for approval from an owner that is in the USA, then they couldn't find the quotation or approval, call the branch manager was a waste of time and almost 3 weeks later and I must call them to find out what's going on. Now I am told that the quote was approved (was also told that last week, and the parts were ordered) so I follow up with LG myself and was told the parts will only arrive next week (almost 1 month since i reported the broken tv). Useless after sales service.
