Worst experience dealing with Hirsch and Smart appliances

Worst place to deal with. Bought a Smeg fridge and the ice dispenser hasn't worked since connecting the plumbing. Smart appliances have been trying to fix this issue for the past 10 months and are unsuccessful. I raised this issue with Hirsch service team also a waste of my time as the service manager has never followed up on my issues or even called me to discuss the issue. In short dont waste your time buying an extended warranty from Hirsch its pointless and Smart Appliance tech are just clueless
