Worst customer service

The worst customer service I ever experienced and will never use them again . Online the attitude from online department stinks 😷. I had to remind the lady am the customer and she must listen to me 👂 when I speak 🗣️

I ended up shouting because she could not take a step back

I followed on my order she claims before I order I should have seen a message that says it takes 7 to 14 days to receive an order in which I didn’t . The confirmation I got said the order will be ready 1 to 2 days . She then claims that another email was sent to me to advise 7 to 14 days however the only second email I got is the one that she sent when I was speaking to her .
