Worst customer experience ever!!

Worst customer experience ever!!!! Bought an appliance, upon opening the box the appliance was in pieces!! Now they are refusing to replace the unit. Packing was a disgrace!! with no internal support resulting in multiple damages, there are some parts missing!! no installation instruction!! Absolutely a disgrace, i would not recommend buying from them at all!! Rather use Expert Kloppers, really professional sales and management team.
