Worst buying experience ever.

i bought and paid for a refridgerator at this shop on the 29th of december, 2017 and paid for delivery for the 4th of January. Tonight, the 6th of January at 9pm, Rose, the personal shopper and a driver Rae Naidoo after 7 calls are yet to deliver. All the preparation for my house warming and birthday have been unhinged. I have over 12000rands worth of food and drinks sitting waiting for the freezer and i expect the CEO to tell me what he would do about this in order for me not to lay a legal claim on this company. I am extremely annoyed but i think i should allow this CEO a chance to sort this mess out.
