Worst after sales service

Absolute worst after sales service - bought a built in microwave - just over a year old and it’s had endless problems. Logged a call on 03rd May 2022, and no luck with having my microwave repaired, after I called and made noise I got a story that they waiting for spares and will arrive at the end of May, we now in June and no feedback. It’s such a challenge having a small baby and not having the ability to heat stuff in the microwave Absolutely disappointed in Hirsch Worst ever after sales service Yet their staff wait at the doors like hawks for thei customers but can’t give service
