Worse aftersales service

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their aftersales service. I am never to recommend this store to anyone. I purchased a Whirlpool electromec slimline to my surprise it is no longer working. This was reported to them and I am told that the wires were eaten by ants. How ridiculous, they honestly do not deserve any positive rating at all as this rating should a negative 10.
