Women carry a lot of baggage daily, more so when pregnant..but NOT Natasha at SPRINGFIELD Hirsch's!!

<p>Customer service is something we as consumers have had to sacrifice...when we do our shopping, banking, leisure etc, expecting good customer service is just an unrealistic expectation!!! So, we go prepared to be treated like money, credit, gender, race...but not as somebody who is a stakeholder...Its sad but real..</p> <p>So, dealing with Natasha and like ones is so rare that one gets blown away!!!!!!!!!!!! Hence we couldn't tell her face-to-face hence we jinxed it!!!!</p> <p>So, we would honestly like to thank Natasha at the SMEG section at Hirsch's Springfield Durban. It was really refreshing dealing with her....Even when she was on break she'd sacrifice her time and attend us. Even before she knew we would but the item we were interested in. Not only that, even after our purchase she was still available for some post-sale queries.....They dont do customer service the way she does anymore, pregnant at that !!!!!!</p> <p>We need more like her !!:-)</p> <p> </p>
