Will never purchase anything at any hirsch store

<p>Purchased a R20 000 tv at samsung pavillion,which is owned by hirsch.on delivery I noticed a line on the internal part of the tv thinking it was a design. The delivery guys ensured me it was. Few hours later when the installer switched it on we noticed it did not go away n he told us dt it is a defect tv. Hirsch refuse to take the tv back saying that I signed on delivery n there's nothing they can do. Samsung refused to cover it under warranty plus extended warranty. So I wasted R20 000 on a piece of junk all because of hirsch. After pleading with Richard, magrete and Alan the actual owners.they refuse to take understanding and still said there's nothing they can do. I have Been spreading the word to every single person I know, telling them to not shop at hirsch or buy a samsung product. My husband and i will carry own exploiting hirsch and samsung for what they have done.</p>
