Whirlpool fridge and freezer

We paid for our WHIRLPOOL appliances in April , To get a 'Good ' deal from Hirschs our fridge was del only 2 weeks ago due to the delay of TNT kitchens who rent space at Hirschs , are part of Hirschs?But the story with TNT is for another day , we then req forall our appl be deli , we had ordered a stove , oven , microwave, washing machine , tumble dryer and a dishwasher as well as the fridge and freezer . Well the freezer didn't arrive , we were told a week and a bit ago it was sold to someone else, and we would only get it at the end of August , note we paid in APRIL , we are now in AUGUST (lost some interest on our money) well I was not having my freezer coming at the end of August , I contacted Alan Hirsch as it was purchased through TNT and Ranesh was not very forthcoming with info , Alan Hirsch sounded annoyed with me ? But he said he would resolve the prob, the manager from Strubensvalley phoned, Jerome and got one delivered just Tues , they only completed my kitchen today. Opened the freezer and the LED panelling is damaged , it appears the fridge Led is also damaged is too, tried Jerome , tried Alan Hirsch , left a mess on Margaret Hirsch cell to call me ? What do I do?
