I wrote a report last week regarding my damaged freezer as I could not get hold of Antoine at Hirschs , after seeing the report on Hello Peter , Maragaret Hirsch emailed me ans asked me to take it up with the store at the same time Sally Moodley from Hirschs customer care also contacted me and the matter has been resolved , both appliances replaced, thank you.
