Where are the professionals? Heck, where are the adults???

I'm truly shocked at the ********** service that I've had to endure from Hirsch's.
On the 28/02/2016 I purchased a 6kg front load washing machine to be delivered on the 04/03/2016. I only have one day off work every two months so had tried to plan my day around this delivery as this was my responsibility.
It was supposed to be delivered before 12:30. At 1pm I called to find out where the delivery was. They said they would call the drivers and call me back to let me know what had happened. I waited until 2pm but still no call back . I called again, had to explain the situation again. Eventually they called me back said the drivers were on their way. The delivery came at about 3pm. The driver did not even apologise for the delay, instead told me matter-of-factly that he had to go to Diepsloot. It is half the distance from Strubenvalley to where we are based!!! I had to cancel appointments as a result of this!!!
The gentlemen were speedy in unboxing & attaching all the required piping which I appreciated, but I felt I did not get to assess the unit properly as I was in such a frenzied state. After they'd gone, I realised that the drum had a fatty residue inside it but by this time I had run out of airtime due to the calling before!!
I decided to leave the matter for the time being as I had so many other things still to attend to.
I have since used the unit for the last three months, having read the manual thoroughly, where everything seemed fine, until one day it made a sound as though a pin inside the unit came lose and dropped onto a tiled floor. Since then it feels as though when it gets to the spin its struggling, the clothing does not dry as well as it did before, it looks as though the drum has completely moved backwards! One of the 1st things I noticed about this front loader is how little water it used, which I was impressed with. However, since this incident it uses a lot more water.
Begrudgingly I called to try and organise someone to come and have it checked out as the last thing I need is for there to be something wrong with it, and we continue to use it, only for it to deteriorate for that reason. When I called the lady said that they would LOG a call, and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive a call until A WEEK later in which I was met with a very rude man, who had such an attitude saying that they had tried to call me and I'd missed the call when I hadn't received ANY calls. He said we'd made a BOOKING but logging a call and actually making a booking are two very different things!!! I'd asked him if he could perhaps postpone the booking, because I thought that was the reason he was calling, was to organise the freaking booking, as I'd have to organise to take a days leave off work for this tedious event. He was quite aggressive saying that it's not fair on the technician to postpone, and once again I reiterated that there had been no BOOKING yet only a call!! To book one organises date and time!! He acted like he and the technicians are doing me a favour instead of service delivery!!!
Eventually I just said to him that I'd call back to once again log a call, or a booking, or whatever the hell it is that they deem fit.
I called again, logged a call. This time a decent lady called me back within 24 hours, and the technicians were dispatched. Once again apparently they'd come even though no time had been given for them to come, but after I called the lady back, they came back again at a time that suited.
Two gentleman arrived, they tested the unit, to them everything seemed normal. I had to duck outside for a minute as our security was checking up on us to see if everything was ok.
Upon return, the gentlemen were still testing the unit. One of the men was quite respectful. The other very overweight man was resting himself all over the counter and sink, as though he owned the place. I wanted to tell him to stand up straight and get off of the counter but instead he suddenly said to me as he gradually stood up, there's nothing wrong with machine and that if I wanted he could send his 'boss' to come and check. I thought it odd how, this is the man that is supposed to be checking this unit, why now do I need to organise ANOTHER FREAKING PERSON to do what he is supposed to be doing!!!! It almost felt threatening when he said that! He even started giving me random, inappropriate advice on our 30+ year old fridge!! After that I felt very uncomfortable, then all of a sudden this man acted as though he couldn't wait to leave. So I just said to him, 'if he feels there's nothing wrong, then I'll believe him..' just to get him out of the place.
A day later I noticed an item missing from the cupboard. To date this item is still missing. Is this just the beginning, should I be concerned that there will be a continuation?
I honestly cannot understand how a business can function this way. I feel now that I have wasted so much money, time and energy on a product that I feel I've purchased in support of a business, only to have been taken advantage of in so many ways!!
