After researching combi fridges I visited several stores. Store A tried to pressurise me into buying a fridge I wasn't sure about. Store B didn't seem particularly interested. Store C seemed to be too busy doing other things to pay attention to my needs. When I walked into Hirsch Springfield I was immediately approached by an assistant with an offer to help. The assistant was attentive and helpful, but I did not feel pressured. After being shown several products I was still unsure so was left alone to think about my purchase. When I finally made a decision the paperwork was done efficiently and the fridge was delivered the same day, with a promised phone call prior to delivery.
